I worked for a power company and green energy is a joke and not sustainability without gas, coal, hydro and nuclear. These people thought that burning bamboo in coal plants would be better but the amount of fuel used to ship bamboo in from China was just as bad for the environment and didn't burn nearly as hot as coal.

How deep of a well do you have to dig to have a useful supply of water? What is the cost for electrical service? How often are the roads plowed? What's the distance you have to drive to get your mail or buy grocery's

Hello Robert, This area is what is known as water haul. Some lots have electricity. Asphalt roads are plowed by the county and the dirt roads are plowed by the neighbors. Flagstaff is 30 minutes nearby and the mailbox is on the main road.
