China will not obey the price cap, instead will increase quantity and will refined it and sell it to the desperate EU at a higher price, just like what the U.S. is doing with natural gas to Europe.

This is STUPID. Russia is selling oil to India and China. as Europe is cut out of Russian oil they will buy from China. Russia will sell the oil either way. This song and dance show is designed to hurt the world economy.

Russia will send nuclear submarines to guide there shipments. Oil producers will never allowed the West to control the price of Oil as the West have done with Gold.
