I didn't add any coals but they were pretty much done after 3 hrs and the temp was getting pretty low. I've done them twice and didn't have to add any. I love this little grill. Perfect for camping and feeding 2-3 maybe 4 people.

I enjoyed that 😄 Didn’t notice any difference in the accents though 😉

Thanks for watching. Every once in a while I slip into an English accent. It’s an old habit.

i love my go anywhere grill but i use it only for burgers and hot dogs and sides with craycort cast iron grates, its amazing. also, i reversed the side parts (cant remember their name) and its much easier to see how open the vents are. love this grill but too much work doing slow cooks. love watching videos on this grill, its my favorite grill.

I'll have to check out those cast iron grates. I mainly use this when I go camping, it takes up less room than any other grill and fits nicely in a plastic cargo tub thingy. But since I got this a few months ago, I have not used my big kettle and recently gave away my gas Weber so this is my go-to. But longer cooks are definitely tricky.

I am all about the Thermapen (not paid to say that) because it reads quickly and accurately. They're not cheap but worth it. My son whittled a stick that I cut into two pieces and bolted them onto the top vents so they're easier to turn. He wants me to stain and varnish 'em. ;-)

Loving these videos man. They're my new obsession 😂😂. I've been getting into grilling and stuff lately so these are also a massive help in planning how to not burn down my yard while I'm cooking lol

I can't even cook s burger on this. Food is way too close to the fire.

I have found the trick is to have two zones - sear for a bit on the hot coal side then move to the offset non-coal side and use it like an oven. I just made chicken things and the best pork chops the past couple days. It’s tricky. But I got it for camping so I need the small size.

2 zones. Just like he said. You can easily fit around 4 regular burgers at a time with half the grill setup with coals, or 6 if you do 3/4ths. It's a great grill, use mine multiple times a week.
