To be blunt, dont bother with a "recruiter" that only has senior possitions. The economy cant function with only senior developers. This is why soft developers are moving over to cyber security, the software industry is living in la-la-land.

Great meeting Paula. Many thanks. I have described Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to people as follows: If you have a raw nugget of gold that weighs one ounce, it is worth its weight in gold. Now imagine that a jeweler takes that same nugget and creates a Faberge Egg from it. Who knows what it is now worth - actually, whatever someone is willing to pay for it. It will always have that minimum value of the ounce of raw material, but this has been added to by having unique properties of beauty and wonder that make it something people want to own more than just the ounce or gold. It can now be said to be unique and to no longer have the same value, so is now Non-Fungible - no longer considered the same as any other ounce of gold, though in physical reality it is still just an ounce of gold. The same is true of a painting, which in essence is simply a piece of canvas and coloured oils. I'm sure however that the one I buy in my local art shop has less value than one that has been played with by someone called Picasso, although in physical properties they may be the same. And so with crypto NFTs, the same but in the digital world. These are usually based on a Token such as ETH (this is the canvas, or raw gold - with its inherent value) and then add the unique properties to add value. This might be items for use in a game, an ownership deed for a physical object, or intellectual property rights such as music or art. The blockchain behind the Token becomes a trusted record of what it is and who owns it. If you understand the difference between a Faberge egg and a raw nugget of gold, then you now understand what an NFT is.
