I wouldn't say so -- Tera was actually good, heh! There's also a decent-enough Tera private server, should you feel like revisiting it.

What you see is all in the official game, other than the overlay art of my character (she does more-or-less look like that in-game; you check my live videos for my SF6 streams and see if you want). I don't have any kind of mods installed and I haven't even set up a ReShade profile for SF6.

There's a bunch of in-universe entertainment stuff: movies, TV shows, the entire in-game internet that even has a 404 page... All expanded on from GTA IV, which was already impressive back then! I think I've seen all of the TV and movies over the years. Daily Missions used to have an objective of "Go to the movies," and it USED to be possible to watch TV in any property without getting AFKicked (would do that in Closed Sessions to keep property meters moving while I slept; between that and my Bunker Supplies meter not going down, I'd do daily Bunker Sales solo...). My friends and I would leave our characters chilling on the couch watching TV while we took breaks to eat and play more after. (As an aside, you can't AFK TV anymore other than speccing the live DJ stream in a nightclub. Watching TV, movies, and security camera footage will still have you kicked for inactivity for some reason.)

@@Number-6 Well if your never challenged, it gets boring and the steamchart can verify that. It's not a me problem if i get bored out of my mind, I don't give a rats ass about the various "content" or "bosses" if i just blaze through it with lvl 1 gear one shotting it at lvl 70. And a majority of players doesn't give a rats ass about the story either, the story only sets the theme of the game and with no difficulty nothing becomes memorable. It's why vindictus is sadly a dying game atm. going from a few thousand frequent players to just a couple hundred players. the moment they nerfed the difficulty, half their playerbase just vanished in thin air 🤣 Look at Elden ring for example, the hardest bosses from that game is the most memorable, my most memorable vindictus bosses was the vampire lord and the Polar bear back in the day, and since the difficulty nerf and playing through it back in 2019, i can't remember anything memorable particularly since it was just a cheesefest. Nobody wants to lvl 1-90 with that easy asf gameplay where you one shot everything for hours at end, bored out of your mind to then suddenly hit a wall because you never got challenged before that wall, not saying difficulty doesnt exist in vindictus, it does... just at the very fkn end. Nobody gets hooked like that

@@DarkSatan95 If all you want is difficulty, play a difficult game. If you don't want content or bosses, play something hard that doesn't have them. Fell tough or whatever it is you're after. Part of the reason Vindi is dying is that it's over a decade old and there aren't really new players. Maybe they're off playing something difficult. If you're bored, play something that doesn't bore you. If you want something difficult, play something difficult. Simple as that. If that doesn't make sense to you, than by all means, it is a you problem. Not sure what getting hooked has to do with anything; is that difficult, too?

Love you, too! <3 I tried my best to make a nice look, but the character creator is so pathetically under-featured that even with max height, bust, and muscle, I still look less fine than GTA pedestrians! This is literally and without exaggeration or hyperbole the worst game I've played all year, not just for mechanics but the entire package, including price (and cost...). (I keep a log, I can show you if you want. :3) Even the early-'00s World of Warcraft clones I used to dabble in half-assedly (like Martial Heroes with its historic theme and Age of Armour with the futuristic mech piloting) weren't as bad since they had the decency to at least be free, and not multiple-edition-selling Stockholm-syndrome-based exploitation systems that somehow still has a cash shop where mounts cost more than full games! Gameplay (or lack thereof) and character control (or lack thereof) have no excuse to be this bad. It doesn't even have an industry-standard toggle cursor mode/mouselook mode function, meaning that free phone games are more full-featured than this. Even just moving around is a pain in the ass. There's no sprinting, only a speed boost buff with a finite duration and cooldown for some reason that can't even be mapped to Shift. Anything this game might potentially offer (like house customizing), Black Desert does all, and infinitely better. There's absolutely no reason good enough not to have gameplay (and in some cases character customization) like BDO, PSO2, Tera (private servers still exist), Neverwinter, Skyforge, Vindi, KurtzPel... I tried thinking of anything good to say about this mess, and I can't for the life of me come up with anything good to say about it. It's that abysmal. The only reason I haven't uninstalled it yet is because I want to get some first-person mode screenshots of the environment to use in my 3D art of how my character should look, which might be fun to put up as Steam Artwork. I should get the Steam version to at least write a review and put some art up before refunding it.
