I own this kart now I bought it off another guy who didn’t seem to be you from my memory I’ve had it a while now Put a new piston in it It rips It’s been an experience for sure

Hi I know its been a long time but can you remember how you got the pipe to fit? I'm building a kx 85 kart but the expansion pipe runs on the left. Thanks, John

Hey John, I cut the pipe in 5 sections that I thought would be good points to clock the pipe and reweld the pieces. I used a bandsaw to cut my expansion chamber. Basically need to cut in spots that you can reach with the welder. Other than that you can twist them around and play with it by using painters tape to hold them together.
