I watched one of my club friends bring out his Revolver with an OS FS91and stood with him while he took it up. It handled beautifully and had enough power for some standard pattern aerobatics. Vertical performance was "good enough" but not unlimited... great for some scale-like hammerhead turns or some Cuban 8's. I was quite impressed so I ordered one. I thought the plane would be better with a little more power (and smoke!). I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on a Saito FA125. I'm watching one on eBay and all I can think about is picking this up at the end of the auction for the Revolver. It looks like there is plenty of room in the videos I've seen for a smoke system. Any thoughts would be appreciated. By the way, I am aware of the somewhat weak landing gear deck needing reinforcement as well as the recommended hinge upgrade when using the larger power plants.

Rumor has it that a new rc company out of Texas called "Bandit Models" is contemplating on making a Ziroli size Hellcat all composite. They are talking about museum like quality and even commissioning "real pilots" to sculpt a pilot specifically for it. I haven't seen an all composite Hellcat yet in the market, sounds like an interesting project. If they make one I'll be the first to buy one!

Great plane great flying

It just needs a four blade propellor and left landing gear doors adjusted. And the landing gear retracts in the original P51 after eachother, not synchronical due the hydraulic rams being used parallel. But well, maybe I am just anoying, it is a beautiful P51! 👌

Can't mistake the sound of those radial engines.

This is one fantastically beautiful and impressive radio controlled model aircraft. P-51 D's have always been one of my favorite aircraft. I can not imagine as to how many hours actually went into the building of this airplane. The details are awesomely amazing, but however, in my lowly opinion, I believe that a pilot figure added to the plane would be the crowning touch. Again, this is a fantastic model!!!!!
