Well majority of these magic pills are not enough researched, also there is nor research what can happen to your body if mix all these magic-tragic pills and what kind of chemical effect it can bring as a mix, simply there is no research. Can’t believe, that a normal reproductive specialist can recommend to take so many supplements at the same time. And if you take too much vitamin D you can damage your pregnancy and health cause your body could start producing too much calcium what is not healthy at all. Girls think twice before start drinking all these marketing magic pills and check the research, real one, and please inform you specialist about supplements that you are taking, because they can bring severe side effect as well.

Keep in mind that amh does not indicate your total egg reserves. It indicates the amount of eggs that are maturing each month. There is no way to tell what your total dormant egg reserves are. Amh is new and very misunderstood it means that a woman has fewer follicles that mature to eggs each month (not always a bad thing when trying naturally since only one egg can drop per month and the rest die off! It can also mean that you are losing less eggs per month)

@@emilykay7495 Hi! Is that so? My doctors told me that I have a shorter runway bc it indicates my low reserve, as AMH goes down as your egg reserve goes down. If there are studies to prove otherwise that would be exciting news😊

Same price in Japan. My wife and I (both 35yo) were living in Canada and the cheapest IFV treatment quote that we got was 28k CAD. That was too much for our budget, so we decided to return to Japan for IVF treatment. We are Japanese citizens, so the government insurance“pays” 70% of the cost, so we ended up paying only 2.5K CAD for the egg retrieval and fertilization. Today was the first embryo transfer. Hopefully it will work out for us. 🙏

Glad it was helpful. I totally agree, western medicine doctors and specialists aren’t really trained in how to naturally improve your fertility, so for example, some tell you stop having dairy altogether without knowing whether that causes inflammation for you specifically. I’ve also had my OB/GYN tell me that I can take DHEA without even testing me, and when I tested my DHEA S levels they were very high already. so I think it’s really important to combine Western medicine along with something more holistic for the best results.♥️
