I'm a Londoner and the first time I went to America we all got showered and changed out of our daytime clothes to go out for the evening, the usual thing to do. I was so suprised to see most people still wearing what they'd had on all day and felt a bit out of place

The issue is with so many muslims in all of Europe, some of your outfits could get you sexually harassed. I‘m blond with big „upper area“ like you and I was sexually harassed so many times mostly by arabs since I was about 12. I no longer feel free to dress as I like.

Beautiful outfits in your video. Loved the comment about dressing for dinner. It does not need to be super fancy. I always like at least change into a little nicer top and different shoes. I think you also get better service if you dress appropriately, especially in more expensive restaurants.

Deidre...you put a humorous spin on traveling in style. I was born, raised, live, and work in a tourist city in Boston, Ma USA 🇺🇸. I get a chuckle on "what not to wear traveling " videos. There are so many out there with thousands of views. Nobody is paying attention. Whether tourists are from Asia or Europe, they carry military size and weight backpacks. They look all rumpled like they've been staying in a hostel. Wear their worst clothes sightseeing. As long as nobody is rude...no judgment here😁

Perfect style examples. You look lovely and so does the background! As a larger busted woman (F cup) I am in search of a strapless bra and have given up. 😔 I avoid strapless, one-shoulder and spaghetti strap styles which rules out so many cute dresses and tops. The ones that cover supporive bra straps often look matronly. I have leaned in to linen pants and skirts with a fitted tank for hot weather but wish for more variety.

Why do you say we only want to stay modern til 85. I just had my 90th birthday and pay attention to your tips. My 2 sons say i really look great. Thank you.

I just discovered here in the US a shoe company called Charleston Shoe Co. and their shoes are comfortable, made to be washed, and made of all rubber, but doesn’t look like rubber. Something to check out. They aren’t cheap, but very comfortable. I just bought a pair of wedges, and it comes with instructions on how to wash and wear.

I want to look nice of course, but I don’t care if I look like a tourist. I am.
