I have a layover in Panama City from San Salvador to Panama then to Chicago. If I wanted to get a passport stamp during that layover and exit customs and go back through security, is that something you can do? Will I have enough time?

Databases does Costa Rica subscribe....yes as with redlining in real estate....immigration discriminations are that blatant.

zero green areas, to much drugs, to much homeless, to expensive, nothing to do only waste money at shopping, racist people, metro Nevers works, dirty, to much grafitti. italian, rusian, arabic, black, Latino, irish, scotish, native mafias all around downtown, noisy street. under construction for more than 10 years, water pipe lines problems every year.

i say the same , the only reason people go there is because pr0stitut1on is almost legal but the place is not a nice place and its beach is not that pretty , jaco was relevant in the early 2000s the new "jaco " is called tamarindo in guanacaste. and tamarindo it is beautiful and it has good beaches and the place is quite cool , if you want to see good beaches guanacaste is the place and if you want to see forest with waterfalls southern costa rica is the place.if you want to party la california in san jose is neighborhood in san jose that it has hundreds of bars and lots of girls go there every weekend so yeah i dont see the porpuse of jaco . .

dont go there, full of bad road, full of street works + confusing parking signs + people from Ontario, NewBrunswick & New york , they will reciev bigger fines knowing u will not return to fit it, but if dont pay, that will affect your driver license, i got one,,,,,
