What is the distance involved in this race(s)? From the description, it looks like it is 3 separate races, on 3 consecutive days, so how does that work?

Is there a trail running event on the Pico mountain as well? I am just curious how suitable is the Pico for trail running. I would like to do this trail faster than a regular hike. Thanks!

We'll be there, to run your most gorgeous volcanic island trail on Earth, in May 2019. Kind emerald regards from county Clare, republic of Ireland. Was on Faial and Pico last May 2017, loved it. Interested in your (running) tips and suggestions? Recommend the Azores to everyone, great for making friends and stunning unspoiled nature, please leave no trace, treat nature how you wonna be treated. Bit like the Burrencode, look it up, and you know what I mean.
