The problem sparring chick is when you are trying to teach them with light touches just to show the their weak points they usually dont have problem giving you a hard punch in the nose. So I stoped sparring beotches!!

Traditionally around Thailand the fighting was part of dancing performance with music 🎶, just got modernised to make fighting more functional and less artistic.

After discovering how effective liver kicks are at disabling an opponent, I practice left round kicks more than ay other kick.

@denjipoochita73514 ай бұрын
the motion of the switch kick is the fake, you start of witht he switch kick to give something to worry about, the second switch is a cross considering you just conditioned the opponent to expect a switch kick over a switch cross which means he sold a fake

so refreshing to see such a clear and exact demonstration of that switch/knee combo

here in the netherlands we use the gloves like you use pads when we drill this aint it
@valentijnvve7 ай бұрын
and we always try to guard block kicks like that in drilling we dont just take the kick. We throw the kicks a lot harder when drilling and thats gives the other guy the opportunity to work his defence

I felt compelled to comment but it's turned off on your Against myself documentary video. I just saw it and wow.... I just have to say a few things I LOVED it. I also train and it so happens I train a school that has a nice simple name like yours mine is called FL muay thai. Anyway your documentary was superb! It really catches everything about a great team that trains together and fight together and learn together just like the one I train with. Your coach is fantastic his emotions really show. Your fighters and teammates win or lose are warriors. From the military dude with the past alcohol issues and look at him now so proud of him even though he never met me. Also I'm ex military as well. Also the young man with the bad foot during the fight the girl who says she's at peace during the fighting, the Islam guy who follows his tradition deep. And can't forget whoever is behind actually producing the video! Fantastic editing, camera cuts, music. Very cinematic. (I had my first muay thai point exhibition and I won both matches but not proud of my performance technique wise but I will learn and grow) Great job Chicago muay thai.!
