@@astroeon I mean your images are amazing. For deep sky you will need a motorized mount but the orion nebula is visible eaven just with a phone and no tracking mount on a low magnification telescope or binoculars (with exposure of 7s from my experience at 5x zoom). It seems like you have some cameras so try placing your camera and zoom on the orion about 5x. Set your camera to manual mode and set highest ISO (3200 or 6400) and exposure/shutter speed to 7s.

One of my next targets is the Orion Nebula. But unfortunately I have always clouds in my location since one and a half months. But if the clouds finally are gone, I will defently set up my telescope and my Camera to capture the Orion Nebula because it's an amazing target.

Hey there again! I received my telescope and it works great! But I have a couple questions. First, I saw that you were able to get Jupiters cloud belts I'm able to see Jupiter and it's Galilean moons but not any detail on the planet. Second, on the Orion nebula I wasn't able to see anything it was just a really fuzzy star maybe it could be because I live in Paris where the light pollution is really bad? I also pointed it at the moon and it was extremely fuzzy could that be a collimation problem?
@astroeon7 ай бұрын
I would say it's a collimation problem but it could be also your atmospheric conditions for example the air pollution or as you said light pollution. I would try to collimate your telescope and if it doesn't work, then is mostly the air pollution or your eyepieces. I hope I could help you.
@photonik-luminescence7 ай бұрын
Hi there, i may help a bit. First of all try collimation if you have a reflector telescope (most out of the box telescope are however fine). Keep in mind to properly adjust the focus to each eyepiece individually and bright objects cause blur ! If you have a lens cap usually they have a smaller lens cap on it for universal solar filter. Use the smaller hole to reduce total brightness and use a moon filter if you recieved one. Try to follow the manual as well but i recomand you focus on a landscape at first to actually see if the telescope works.
@cucumber_sandwich45627 ай бұрын
@@photonik-luminescence I have no idea what happened those times now I can see the cloud belts on Jupiter just fine and the moon isn't blurry at all thanks for the help though!

Hey I'm getting pne of these for Christmas would you have any tips to make my time with thia telescope easier it will also be my first telescope so do you have any tips about anything?
@astroeon7 ай бұрын
1. Don't expect to see celestial objects as shown in images such as the Hubble Telescope or the James Webb Telescope. 2. Have patience. At the beginning you can get frustrated very quickly because something doesn't work right away. Therefore, take your time to learn everything you need to know about using the telescope. This are some Tips for the start. Later you can learn by yourself how to improve your telescope and try to learn the night sky. But for the beginning, I would recomnend the app: Skysafari for Smartphones. It works offline and Has a great collection of Objects in the sky. Have fun with your telescope!
@cucumber_sandwich45627 ай бұрын
@@astroeon thank you! I have a nature of getting frustrated pretty easily but when I am prepared for getting frustrated then I can hold out a lot longer. I have watched a lot of videos from many people so I think I'm pretty well vorbereitet

I know what you mean. Mostly it's because the atmosphere of your location and/or your eyepieces. For example I use a 5mm eyepiece and this works fine for the telescope. Because the atmosphere, you could try some color Filter eyepieces. Maybe this works. I hope, I could help you.
@Ramble12347 ай бұрын
I can vouch for colored filters. I tried a green one, and it definitely does help bring out the cloud bands a bit more. Some days you can see details, while other days you cannot. It just mostly depends on the atmospheric conditions. @@astroeon
