You did a great job. I like the way you found a very precise video demonstration, this is very time consuming. I appreciate your work. But the amount of information is too long without breaking it down into specific steps, making it difficult for viewers to learn the whole thing. In my opinion, you should share each type of step, describe it, stop the video and then summarize what you just said in text on the screen so that viewers don't miss any information. If I say something incorrect just ignore it. Thank you

Thank you so much for this! I get so mad playing my friend who uses what I call a "playschool" paddle. It's literally a plastic paddle from walmart. I'm a much better player, but I get so apprehensive playing him because I can't predict anything. As an aggressive player, it really sucks to take safe shot after safe shot and just waiting for him to make a mistake. Looking forward to using these tips to find some consistency and a way to control the game again.

That is close to one year ago now so I don't think that anyone would answer but I leave that there... There is any type of exercise that we can do when we are at home and alone that can help for agility ? Because when it's rainy pratically all the year and you don't have anyone to exercise with, except the gym strength there is nothing we can really improve. But great video I've learned a lot about how we should train !
@PeakPerformanceTableTennis9 күн бұрын
Happened to pop in and see this comment! You could try an "agility ball." It's basically a bouncy ball with knobs on it so when you drop it, it will bounce unexpectedly. So you can drop it and/or bounce it off a wall and move quickly to catch it. That would help with agility and reaction a bit. Otherwise, just doing some change of direction work where you practice accelerating, stopping, and reversing can work in a small space. Shadow footwork is great too!

Hi. Do you ever change your grip when hitting a backhand loop or do you stick with the handshake grip?
@handlebarggАй бұрын
Hey Pech! I see you have a straight handle (Not FL) can you please go into the details why you are using such, cuz myself as a 99kg 184cm player, with big hands, I bought heavy FL setup and it feels very uncomfortable to me due to weight and a grip. Thank you so much!

Can i use the bh flip to return a short/long reverse pendulum serve ?Good Video Sir thank you 👍
@rcariocaАй бұрын
about serve receive : what about receive same spin serve by following the spin or opposing the spin and when to do so. I did notice in some matches , I did see good players return the serve to a direction that I would normally think that the ball would have a tendency to shoot off.
