Like all fights with heisei era characters its depends on if you only use on screen showings or if you use statements and implied feats cause as far as im aware heisei era ranges from roughly on par with MV to so much stronger to the point it really doesn't matter who fights who anymore since heisei can scale up to universal levels of you use statements and implied feats
