Good evening Sir. May I point out a specific thing? For example at 0:39 you do three straight punches with your right hand. Once done you do a punch with your left. In between your right hand falls down all the way behind your back. Then the right does a punch and falls again down to your hip level. I noticed that theme a couple of times in your show case. In my mind both hands (and the whole body in that sense) should always do something useful. Every split second where they are not useful is a problem. Therefore I recommend getting a guarding position, do the punch and go straight back to the guarding position. Dropping the hands is more exausting because you have to raise them again. It costs more time, it leaves you open for counter punches and it gives the opponent more information to read on. You may always ask yourself "could my hand be doing something more useful instead?" And if its dangeling on hip level, the answer is yes. Best of luck doing your stuff. Thats probably one of the better ways to spend ones time. Best regards

Did you get the front travel suspension? Is it worth the 1050? For the upgrade . I’m seriously looking by the time it was ready to ship the way I wanted it it was 9600 bucks Canadian… so I paused for the night but I’ve been seriously looking for a while.

I don't get it. Why not use a bicycle and stay in shape instead of using an electric bike. Also, how cold can it be? You're whining about the "cold" while riding under palm trees.

I typically enjoy a 20 mile ride on my regular bicycle. I live in a REALLY hilly area. But with my ebike, I can extend that distance by an additional 20 to 30 miles. This allows me to get the same amount of exercise while exploring more territory.

Maybe it's me but I didn't hear him mention exercise or cry about the weather. What I heard was him say he's glad he put on a jacket and gloves. Also speaking of ebikes I think most people like to ride a bike that is fast. Or at least faster than what one can peddle. They're not looking for exercise. Relax fella
