Are you able tonturn on AWD for example when you are in snow or is it always rear wheel drive?
@Allcarnews
@Allcarnews Күн бұрын
AWD is always on, it is a full time system. It’s just rear biased AWD most of the time, when needed power is instantly distributed to the wheels

In my opinion the 22's are matched to the vehicle and offer better sound dampening over highway gaps. The 20's create more of a bass drum noise and causes a more floating and bobbing ride versus the 22's (Not even factoring in hard cornering and or spirited driving).I don't think this vehicle was originally designed for 20's and then 22's were swapped out. I think the ride was created for the 22's (damping, rebound, jounce, and noise, are for the 22's). I came to this conclusion after putting 7k miles on my Lyriq then taking a level 2 with 20's for a back to back drive.

All Avenir models should have dual climate controls, power passenger seat, rear vents, soft rear door materials, and sliding sun shades. In Asia, you get dual screen instrument panels, 360 degree cameras, and more. In America, "Avenir" means little.

Has to be one of the ugliest, and dumbest, EVs in the mix. It looks ghetto. Really ghetto. So cheap with that plastic grille cover, and all the lights/LEDs makes it seem juvenile, like 8th grade dance party juvenile. No business class professional or executive would drive that thing. It's for thirsty folks, low self-esteem, who want to be looked at, not realizing that they are being laughed at instead of being admired. It's a actually more sad than funny.

This is nice, but for the money I'd rather have the '25 Volvo EX90. US-built and has a 111kW battery. It's just more stately and put-together for the cost.
@Allcarnews
@Allcarnews 3 күн бұрын
EX90 is still a much larger vehicle and has yet to even hit showrooms. And I can guarantee there will be some quirks to work out in the first run of units as ever new vehicle has. The upcoming three row Cadillac Vistiq will compete with EX90

Operator error! My car handles the road well! There is no lag and it is wonderful. I love my 2022 Lincoln Aviator Reserve! 🥹♥️ and you can view anything that you want in both places not just in the heads up display. I’m sure you know that now. and yes, it’s a luxury vehicle, but don’t let what’s up under the hood fool you. It’s luxurious yet powerful. And there’s no rattling Lincoln basher 😂

Man, that thing us ugly in person. So cheaply made. Tacky pastic grille cover. It's so ghetto. What happened to Cadillac? They used to be classy and high end, kinda posh, but now they just look thirsry, for people with low self-esteem who need to be looked at for their stuff instead of being recognized for their accomplishments. It's sad.

My 2cents. My '17 Forester XT just turned 38k. Low mileage for sure but it will work its way up over time; I buy a car for the long haul. My sister has a '15 2.5 and the difference both in performance and CVT operation is very different. I drive mine using the 'Sport' setting all the time except on the highway. With the turbo, I'm basically 'torque' driving. Just a squeeze on the pedal and the CVT 'downshifts' and pushes you like a big hand. Very satisfying. A hard pull on the highway for accelerating/passing takes that to another level. I never really feel I am driving a CVT. My sister's 2.5 would be a no-go for me, just no fun. My tranny pan developed a gasket leak at 30k. The dealer replaced the gasket and refilled the unit under warranty. Just to be clear, (no pun) the fluid wasn't. In fact, it was quite dark (I asked them if I could see it.) So, 100,000 mile, sealed for life unit? Not for me, thanks. Every 30K.

if this vehicle allows you to manually shift gear (idk if it does) then this is actually pretty fast because look at how early the transmission shifts automatically, it could go faster.
@ComptechTypeS

It does allow manual shifting but shifts are ultra slow and you're better off leaving it in sport and having the auto do its thing. Ask me how I know.

Bottom line is you’re a lost cause and the perfect example of the country being in dire need of mass professional help or the next pandemic will be due to a lack of mental health. This vehicle is literally the best selling fully electric luxury SUV in the segment. Reread your comment then try making sense out of it. 🤡

It’s a nice car, but the misalignment between the dash and the door panel drives me crazy on these things. Almost all of them are off quite a bit. If they can’t even get that right, it makes me wonder about the rest of the car.

You’re definitely reaching. Especially with all the quality control issues that Tesla has had since launch and the fact this Lyriq came off a brand new assembly line bespoke for EVs it’s still superior in quality to them and is right there with Porsche Taycand and EQS in build quality.

That mounted padel to control regen is a game changer. I just wished it was column mounted so it is even more awesome on curvy roads downhill. I came to your video looking for obnoxious motor noise while driving fast (not talking about pedestrian warning sound till 22mph). I don't hear any noise in your video at 50. Is this RWD or AWD?
