Hey, y'all have similar tastes to us when it comes to Asheville restaurants! I generally agree with everything you said (but we've never been to ELDR, 828 or Mother so we'll reserve comment on those). I think that Jargon in West Asheville is the single most important omission. They do a great job with food, service and ambience. We've sat at the chef's table (or more literally chef's counter) 3 or 4 times, and also at the regular dining tables. Our daughter tells us that the garden area is also a great place to sit. We were very glad to hear you include All Day Darling on your list, although we still call it Tod's! This is overall a fun and informative video. For the record I'll add our other favorites to this post, although I understand there are good reasons to omit them (many are very well known): Curate, Bodega by Curate, Bull and Beggar, and Chestnut are among our all time favorites. And for good cheap eats, we frequent the Med, Foggy Mountain Brew Pub, A Taste of El Salvador, and Gypsy Queen. And, a final shout-out to Tamaleria Molina for carry out tamales - stop by early because they sell out! Thanks for your video!

Good call, We love Jargon too. It's so tricky because there are so many stellar restaurants in the area and we only had a little window of time to talk about them, love that you shared some that we missed. Also big fans of the Tamaleria and Gypsy queen, those are super close to our WAVL office and we find ourselves there often! Thanks for the comment, love to hear from a fellow AVL food supporter!

Crime and overdevelopment. No affordable housing. A bad hospital. Vhattanooga is much nicer. Asheville is a mini Atlanta
