I have to point out that I bet, none of the new trek shows or characters from these shows Discovery and onwards will accomplish that. The mere idea of a statue in honor of a character, written into a fictional world, says a lot about the impact that show, era and character must have had to trigger people doing something like that... it is incredible. Picard S3 did many things right yes, but thats a different story. Impressive what was done here! So why is there no Janeway show, a real one? ;)

Would it be funny if after a Planetary disaster. And it is the only thing that is left standing. 1 Million years later. Alien life forms come to Earth. And think that the federation was real and we had warp technology.

Today is the first time that I heard of this great "Honor paid to Capt:Janeway", you folks are true Trekkies. I am truly impressed as I have been her fan since the first episode. "God bless You All" in Indiana and in Hollywood. "Ms. Mulgrew" thank you for bringing such joy and hope into the lives of all of us around the world. You look awesome as always..🖖🌌🪐🌠🖖

Nice statue of captain Janeway. She is the best in star trek voyager series. My favorite TV show. They should have statues for all the star trek captains. 😀

Janeway and the Doctor denied Tuvix his right to exist and ‘killed’ him! This statue should be taken down and these horrible, immoral villains ‘Cancelled’ right away! 😄 And, “…raise a glass, to her bust…” was priceless! LOL!

Are there ANY other Star Trek Universe Captains they've made monuments to??? I think one was done of Spock decades ago, but haven't seen it mentioned since the big Star Trek/Paramount Auction at Sotheby's.

I don't mind them doing this, but it is ironic that people get away with tearing down statues of real people that should be remembered for the good, or bad things they did while putting up statues to imaginary people and criminal drug addicts.
