Reason 1 is the set point for Reason 2 & 3, Heavy music is not the answer is a symptom and Reason 1 is part of the answer. I don’t hate you. We don’t know each other so it doesn’t mean a lot, but now you have rational proof that not everyone hates you. If you want to fix the irrational thing you should search left and right near Reason 1 with professional help. If you can’t effort it: Pain Remains Trilogy by Lorna Shore.
