I have had it for over a year and still working well. Not sure about the parts. I haven’t needed to get any. You might need to do some research.

It is a point reward scheme in Australia. For every dollar spent you get so many points (depending on the shop etc). No - that is the Eletta. I like to make my own coffee syrup by expressing a litre, mixing it with sugar and reducing by half on the stove. I add this to milk to make cold coffee. This machine is not the cold coffee one.

A different version of the machine will do this. I have the one with the latte system so I can't do it manually unless you use a different system to froth

Red exclamation mark means it needs the hot water spout for descaling

It's a safety switch located at the back of unit.. these are a pos, pain in the ass BUT every sometimes I get a great cup.. lol

@JuliaRacheyskaya I had a chance to buy a new one for £270 but without warranty but opted to pay £400 for a new one from Costco so I have peace of mind to return it if something goes wrong. How often do you remove the coffee puks? I'm guessing you've tried the clea cycle?

Hi Belinda, you have to tell the machine you have changed the filter. I have a video on using that setting but it is only how to tell the machine you have removed the filter. Hi Anne, access the settings menu by holding down the settings button for 5 seconds. This is the second button in on the top left. Looks like the setting button on your phone - a kind of wheel looking button. You should hear a long beep. Then click on the fourth coffee button from the left - it is different depending on your machine. This will access the auto off button. Then choose how long you want the auto off to be, You use the little coffee bean symbols 1st bean 15mins 2nd bean 30 mins 3rd bean 1 hour Coffee scoop 3 hours Then confirm your selection by hitting the fourth coffee button in from the left and then exit setting by hitting the setting wheel button again. Apologies - I am flat out at the moment and can't do a video. Hope this helps

Sorry George, it did work for my machine. You have to hold all three buttons down together. The first 2 coffee buttons on the left side as well as the x 2 button until you hear a beep.
