In my case , I have used it only on soft stem plant and it works well. Currently I am not using it for anything. Now I am using a stainless Steel knife 🔪 for all grafting. As stainless steel does not react with plants so could not harm/rotten/black them in anyway..

This can be used with soft stem plant like tomato, eggplant, potato,sada bahar etc. For soft stem it is very convenient. For hard stem i.e mango or other fruit trees -conventional method is best.

@@madeinalibag3079Really i do thousands of graftings every year and want to assure you that is not an instrument for accurate cut. And blade nust be forn stainless steel to not oxidize a cut point. It is very important.I understand that as for homemakers it is an idea to do something but in terms of use it is not good. Option is always available for "buy" or "make" but sometimes buying is not option (atleast for me). I am not claiming that this tool can replace actual "grafting pliers" (actually it is not Evan close to it), but yes it may serv the purpose for soft wood grafting. Usually i made things out of scrap which is laying around me,(u can check my other projects if u have some time) , this project also had similar story. Happy to hear that u also love grafting.
