hlo i want to know how we take input of layers in ultimatte 4k

Well done.

What editing software are you using for the chrome key
@SociallyUАй бұрын
We are using the Blackmagic Ultimatte 12, it's a real-time hardware keying solution. It's the device Andre is interfacing with in the video. The Ultimatte HD Mini has HDMI based inputs so its a great starting point!

Does this work on the bmpcc 4k

I am an INFJ Jay. And kinda proud of it in a way.

Im understand Tyler. I feel him. It’s just his brain is too full of ideas and no “brain-switch” to turn it off. Jay and Tyler make an incredible coupling. Well and maybe his ADD. Guess how I know? 😉 These are the people who can change the world.

Thank you for this! Questions - 1. What Camera were you using for this demo? 2. CCU control thru an ATEM switcher?
@SociallyUАй бұрын
Our camera control is using Middle Control controlled by Stream Decks with Bitfocus Companion! - Isaac

I haven't actually seen any of your productions, but I watch your debrief videos. In this video in the beginning one person was talking and he was speaking for a minute or two, and I felt like he was going to be the only person doing this video, but at some point you blew my mind when you changed the camera to 2 more people and later on brought even more people. I'm starting to get used to watching one person and you just show that the whole time there has been another person who I have never seen and was kinda spying on our private conversation between the main speaker and me. So my recommendation is to show in the beginning of the video a wide shot of everybody in the room, maybe waving or something, so I will expect later to hear something from them. :)

What we are doing is feeding the audio from our hollyland intercom into unity via a intel nuc with the unity client on it. You only get one channel but if you feed it into your unity server you can even get multiple channels and even program audio to all unity devices. Works great so far.

Thank you so much for this video. Blackmagic should use you as a resource for the users. Where are you getting those realistic backgrounds? Are you purchasing them from a library or creating them?
@SociallyU2 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for watching! We use a mixture of custom plates we shot ourselves as well as unreal environments that we purchase or create ourselves.

16:40 Andre's choice of lighting on the virtual set was perfect. It's matching the talent 💯

Very interesting overview. Thank you! Bringing in an audience member via video to ask a question was very cool. Were they from the private Zoom meeting or the main Zoom meeting when you pulled them in via ZoomISO?
@SociallyU2 ай бұрын
We pulled them in from the main zoom meeting.
@erik_herz2 ай бұрын
@@SociallyU I tried to do something similar but then the feed back to the main Zoom was out of sync. Worse the audio was ahead of the video (which was being processed and fed back into the main Zoom). I would love to get advice about how to overcome this.

Thanks for sharing! I would like to get a Physix, but I will not as I am a live shooter, and from the messages I have received form BlackMagic this camera can not be controlled by an Atem switcher like the studio-cameras. So in essence there are no new cameras for broadcast. I guess I will end up buying the cameras you use, and your footage lokks great 🙂 I have an Atem 4K 4ME with the 20 sources panel, and have ordered 1 of the Ultimatte 4K. I just wish the Pysix camera had a SDI in so it could be used with an Atem.

Hi! How can we turn off 100% cilp function, because became magenta tint at the overexposed yellow areas? We can't solve this issue with Ultimatte 12. It was not a problem at the Ultimatte 500. Thanks for your response.
@EricLikness3 ай бұрын
Kudos to Andre to try and match look/feel of CNN central studios in Atlanta, GA. No doubt as he said, there's a whole processing chain to get that "look" and knowing what to feed them (painting/shading-wise) is no easy task.

Pretty slick! Just watched the BTS. I can tell in this video ever so slightly because the hair light or something on Ryan is a bit harder than Andre's. But that's sooo close to perfect. Awesome.

Best coverage of NAB I have seen - appreciate the approach the team takes - kept me hooked right to the end. Looking forward to some of the follow up videos that you talked of. Found it interesting that you took an Ursa G2 to the booth and were using it instead of your normal Blackmagic studio cameras. would be interested to know your settings for green screen on the Ursa if you get time in a future session. Thanks again for the time and effort you put into these debriefs.
