Your recipe looks great and I love that you use lots of cheddar cheese 😋👏🏻🥰‼️ Do you know how to cook fresh broccoli stems (I don’t eat the florets) for freezing so I can make this soup later. I usually use frozen broccoli but wanted to try fresh but freeze it for later. I already have Chicken & Gravy Soup for the next few days, but I want to make the Broccoli Cheddar Soup after that.

I make my homemade mayo with same ingredients, (minus olive oil) however, I use the entire egg, yolk AND whites. Is there a reason you only use just the yolks?

There is so much cross contamination in this video. Also, your bag should be fully submerged. The top of the bag that’s out of the water has been touched by raw turkey, so you run the risk of bacteria from raw meat.

Sous vide is excellent for using the home made ham in a can, Takes longer but the slow and even cooking of sous vide gives excellent results. We do wrap our container in reclaimed bubble wrap and several tea towels over the lid as a half arse insulation. RE: chicken on the bone for canning do you blanch it before canning to expel and blood and guck prior to canning? I was taught this method by my aunt but i have not seen it used in any canning videos i have watched. I do this step even if oven baking or pan frying. Take care, God bless one and all.

You're watching this Video because you want Broccoli and cheese soup.... SUPER EASY RECIPE THAT ANYONE CAN DO RIGHT HERE... -This can all be bought at walmart 1 bag Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots Mixed veggies 1 bag Cauliflower florets 1 jar Queso Tortilla chip Dip 2c Milk Salt and Pepper to taste. First, Boil the entire bag of mixed veggies and bag of cauliflower florets for about 10-15 minutes (until very soft). Remove and drain water. Mix the entire jar of Queso dip with 2c of milk in a separate bowl until mixed. Pour over veggies in the pot. Get Hand Mixer (Standard hand mixer is fine, Immersion blender is best) Blend all ingredients until well incorporated..(will form a thick soup consistency) the carrots may only chunk but thats ok. Return to simmering heat, taste, add salt and pepper until seasoned as you like. (If you prefer a thinner consistency add milk a little at a time and stir until you are at the consistency you like) Boom... Super easy, delicious Broccoli and cheese soup. Makes 4 servings, total time about 25 minutes. Also this is Keto Friendly.
