Went to a fitting as a mid-handicap and was surprised to land on the 923 Tours. If I could be consistent off the tee I'd probably be single digits. My last set of clubs were old SS Cobra Muscle/CB forged irons from 20 years ago, and the 923 Tours looked/felt very similar at address, but with better performance across the board. I learned on blades as a kid and the chunkier irons *look* harder to hit to me, and I felt/experienced that when trying the Forged. Since they arrived a couple weeks ago my handicap is down a point already, which is significant because I've been stuck at 12 for a while. Marketing will tell me it's the copper underlay, who knows, but the 923 Tours just feel so sweet.

A little late to it but just picked up a bb8 after seeing how much they cost now. What a great putter. Feels and sounds great!!

Would you upgrade the shaft? If you're spending that money why not go all out and get the tpt and give yourself every chance of holing the ball I mean that's why you get this in the first place? That's what I'm currently trying to decide

Getting ready to build a 2nd set of irons. Current gamers have Recoil Prototype 110 F5s in them. Wondering how the Dart V 120 F5 would compare.

I started with a lab broomstick 2-3 months ago. Just love it! Long Lag putts take the longest to get right but really getting the hang of it.

How would you compare the Dart V to the L-Series? I have the L04’s on order but stumbled down the Dart V rabbit hole. Current have TGI 100’s and was thinking about the Dart 105 S instead.

Great review! I am debating between the DF3 Broomstick and the original DF3. I’ve putted with the original DF3 in local shops recently and really like it. Wish I could try the Broomstick before purchasing due to the cost of entry into L.A.B putters. Have struggled with putting confidence over the past few years and would like to try something new.

I bought one several weeks ago. Started playing again after 2 stokes in 2015. Went and got fitted for all new equipment as my swing is no longer conducive to playing my old equipment. I was fitted into a TSR2 in a stock Tensei Blue stiff shaft. I hit it straight but the spin rates on the coarse and range were too high (3500-4000 rpms) and the ball just ballooned on my. Ordered a Newton in the correct dot/swing speed and watched spin drop to 1600 - 2500 rpm and gained 20 - 30 yards instantly.

Thanks for the review on the Newton Shafts. Sounds like a decent shaft. I’m thinking about the extra length, but seems worth it because of the money back guarantee. Who knows the extra length might help me. The fitting seems to be accurate. Do you know if these are similar to the Korean Auto Flex Shafts??

Love my SMS standard/ SMS Pro combo! The long irons are the most accurate and consistent ones I have ever had. I have all of the heavy weights in the center except the 7 iron. I have the heavy weight in the toe of the 7 iron only. Strangely, it is only one club that is different but it drastically improved strike.

Isn't the Dynapower forged the current iteration of the 2021/2022 D9 forged which was the evolution of the D7 forged?

Nice clubs there. I just hope that you can hit them dead on the screws and I hope that they are not xtra stiff flex shaft in those irons because again for sure you won't be able to play with those. Other than that cool vlog. 😎

Excellent review, I have played PX 6.0 and 6.5 in my irons for a few years but following some wrist injuries am looking to experiment with graphite and the Dart V is one shaft that I am keen to test out, so would you suggest the 105 X or 120 X as I wouldn't mind dropping a little weight if the stiffness and stability of PX remains, also I have always thought the Mizar Tour irons look great with virtually no offset (especially at address) from pictures I have seen online so in terms of size what would be an equivalent sized Titleist / TaylorMade iron?
