“Lawn tractor” was mentioned. Few lawn tractors have tires over 20”. Cannot locate ANY sleeve hitch for less than 23 inch tires. So basically cannot use with a lawn tractor.

This video does NOT conform with the Brinkley Lawn Roller I received. Mine is a PRC-242BH-A. Also, the materials I received are not complete. I’ll call the manufacturer's customer service number, but this is ridiculous. Designations of the parts by serial number don’t correspond with the manual either. 😡

Great question! I haven't heard of that being in the works, but we'll ask our Engineers about the possibility there. At the moment, we can recommend combining the 54" with our front mount ZTR dethatcher to get the 2-in-1 effect. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pa5zodRjlrOlgoU.html Thanks so much! 👍

So, the video is helpful, but still skips a few important details (ie, which side the Link Rod attached to the Stop Handle), but overall helped me put this together because the instruction book is worthless. My pieces were labeled by name, but not by number - which is how the book has it. And page 15 Assemble Gage Plate is maddening! Otherwise, 4 out of 5 on this video! Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback! We'll revisit this one and look into updating it to add those details in there. Those are exactly the types of things we aim to show in these videos to help out. Sorry for your frustration with the piece, our customer service team is available at 877-782-8224 if you hit any snags during any of our assemblies. Thanks again for the notes and fair review, very much appreciated!

Man can you guys at least release a video that shows and explains how to use this thing? I have the push version and there is NO INSTRUCTIONS for grass seed. It looks like if I add grass seed it will just fall right through. I'm so lost and you have NO information but these cheesy useless videos.
@BrinlyHardyCo
@BrinlyHardyCo 3 ай бұрын
Hello - thanks for your feedback! The only push aerator that we offer is our Push Spike Aerator. Is that the one you are referring to? If so, this aerator has no spreader option, so you cannot use the unit to spread grass seed. You can use it to aerate the soil before you seed. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service team at 877-728-8224 or by email at [email protected]. They are available to help Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST.

In Step 4 when I tried to attach the tray mount bracket, I found I needed to loosen one of the tines because the one of the holes is too close to be able to tighten the tray mounting bracket. I had to leave tines loose until the lock washer and nut were tight and then had to tighten that one set of tines. Those tray mounting bracket holes needs to be moved just enough so the tines don't need to be readjusted. seems kind of silly that this wasn't thought of during development of the product. I will say there was a note in the written instructions saying something about the time sharing the hole with the bracket. That note made no sense. I didn't see this happening on this video
@cobiski
@cobiski 2 ай бұрын
Same on mine. I ended up cutting the tray mount bracket bolt flush to the nut after tightening it in order to prevent the tine coil from rubbing on the bolt. Also agree that the note made no sense.

So I tried to get this done and last year and failed. I have a severe walking disability and the manual functions were just to difficult for me. So with a little Yankee ingenuity I came up with this rig. Three linear actuators powered by a single 18v Ryobi battery. The whole unit is installed or removed with two pins and one bolt. The true test will come with the first snow, kzfaq.info/get/bejne/n5aKnLqJqdvJfaM.htmlsi=pbdvw2ntErVwYKGT

I think a lot of people have forgotten that garden tractors are still tractors and can do more than just mow your lawn. I’m glad the folks at Brinly Hardy are still keeping that tradition alive, I might get a sleeve hitch and some implements for my stepdad’s Cub Cadet XT1 and prove to him that it’s more than just a mower

This doesn't really look like an airator to me, it's more like a partial scaridyer. Im sure it'll do something... But it's not actually pulling cores so that concerns me quite a bit.
@BrinlyHardyCo
@BrinlyHardyCo 10 ай бұрын
The plug aerator will pull the cores out, but this is a spike aerator. Spike aerators essentially cut slits into your soil. It's just another way to aerate, but either way works!
