Some hometown love going on here that is for sure lmao, you would think with so many B or higher grades, so they met expectations or exceeded them, they would of made the friggin play-offs. Not a fan of hearing Marty Wilford staying on as the D & PK coach. Yes the PK improved this season but the D is too SOFT especially in front of the net. Lindy was a D man in jr , hopefully he can get Owen Power to use his size more . Im ok with Seth Appert being promoted from Rochester and being groomed to take over for Ruff in a few years but its too bad Adams didnt promote Michael Peca last summer to replace Matt Ellis. I hope Adams sticks to his word and brings in some VETERAN abrasiveness for the bottom 6 forward group and a VETERAN 3rd line centre. If we xan re sign the guys because this org only signs guys to 1-2 year deals when it comes to aging ahl/nhl verge players. Davies/cecconi eas an awesome defensive pairing in rochester but they arent even on yalls radar aparently top d line rochester had. Do you eatch the prospects other than their highlight plays? Davies is great at the transition game and jumping up on offense when needed but not stupid about it. Cecconi was great at the breakout and pushed play when needed but wasnt over aggresive knowing his partner would make the offensive play while cecconi made sure our d end was secure. If you cut in front of the net with cecconi back on D he will knock you on your a** and the puck will be sliding alone.

Why is Devon Levi carrying a Rochester team with friggin 3 Sabres first round picks? Rosen, Kulich, and the scratched Ostlund. Kulich disappeared, Ostlund is too small to ever play in the NHL and Rosen was mediocre. All three of these players should be traded if they can't even perform in the AHL play-offs at this point. Savoie will be the next Rookie on the Sabres, these three definitely need at least 1 more year, if they are ever NHL ready.

I won't lie I was very critical of Dahlin and now after seeing how he developed I'm holding off on judging Power maybe it just takes a few years to get into it and if he builds some muscle and gets a little more aggressive having Ras and Power is a huge win
