Is nuclear medicine bone scan similar to SPA or DPA?

Hi. What sort of conditions would show up on a SPECT CT that wouldn't appear on a MRI?

I don't buy this shit for one second. I have debilitating ankle pain and the only injury I've sustained is an osteochondral lesion, however this bullshit scan deemed it inactive. Yet, no one can answer why I can't walk on it...hmmm. y'all place to much stock in this imaging modality and then expect patients to live in misery... fuckkkkk you!!!!

yeah Imaging and physical assesment need to be pair with one another, if they're not determining what your cause movement dysfunction is in the area then that's lazy medical practice IMO.
