I already answered your question ma. you can't use tourist visa to look for job. As for the hotel,I think you need to book a reservation to show the immigration officers at the airport. The tour guide, I don't also think it's necessary until you arrive in maldives ,then you get to choose your tour guide and pay.

You should look into gardening. Grow vegetables like green spinach, scent leaves, Okra, water leaves, ugu etc. Get your relatives to send you seeds to grow your veggies.
