I grew up watching Nightmare on Elm street, Friday the 13th, Halloween, Phantasm on VHS. My Mom was afraid I grow up to be a serial killer.. I became a cop instead.

What a mistake sending the bridge to the Heinz. Almost 10 years later and the bridge has yet to see the light of day.

I was born in '83 and this feels amazingly old even to me. Maybe the video quality is responsible😄

honestly, even after almost 40 years the gore effects in this movie are top tier und putting a lot of modern horror movies to shame.

It does make me laugh now when you watch the Saw Franchise making Last house on the left or I spit on your grave as comparable its kinda silly, really id say the Dutch movie the Vanishing is far more scary and disturbing then most slasher movies, but the one thing i do like with Downey Jr is at least he made the conversation fun.

Just like the original NOTLD, "Dawn of the Dead" played as a midnight movie for many years after it was released. It must have made a lot of money.

Romero said that one does not become a director because one wants to direct "horror" movies, meaning just one certain type of movies. "There's Always Vanilla" is a Masterpiece. A Masterpiece of Love in a World which puts us into the necessity of Labor in order to "fit in".
