Hey @jack3400 that’s a great question. I used to own the Yorkville 21. I would say their two different type of beast. Honestly the Yorkville gives that thumping sound, but can be muddy. Their amplifier is amazing and it’s built like tank. However, I felt that there was limitation in accuracy and I think the Bass Boss is clean and goes low. The cabinet construction is amazing. I’m very happy with my Bass Boss . I wouldn’t go back. I have not heard Meyer sound so I can’t speak on that.

@@djredwarning88 Thanks for the response. Where I live the ES21p costs $4000 Canadian dollars, whereas the VS21 would cost around $7600 canadian dollars. If you were in my situation, do you think the vs21 is worth almost double the price? I am not able to hear the VS21, so I would have to blind buy. Thanks

@@jack3400 you know Jack the funny thing you mentioned that Yorkville is so popular in Canada and I would even say it has a big popularity in the US. Especially when it comes to Hispanic and Indian events. Almost everyone would have Yorkville or JBL for serious sound. My whole reasoning on Bass Boss was the fact that not that many people have them. Although it is growing and getting popular here. So I wanted to stand out. And I think I used my yorkville for a good 7 years plus. So I was like it’s time to switch it up. It’s an expensive investment. I don’t think you will be disappointed, then again you can never go wrong with Yorkville they are their own beast
