Какой же БРЕД!!!! Музыки в этом тупом нагромождении нот просто НЕТ!!!! Вот сейчас в современном искусстве и прёт из всех щелей это дерь_мо! Искусство должно делать человека ЛУЧШЕ, ЧИЩЕ... А здесь - нет НИЧЕГО, кроме записок сумасшедшего, записанное нотами. Слабо верится, что человек воспитанный на Великих сокровищах классической музыки может "сочинить" всю эту блевотину антимузыкальную!!! И не надо искать в этом "произведении" какой либо смысл! Его тут НЕТ!!! Многие ущербные "ценители" авангарда увидят увидят на какой-нибудь современной выставке какашку на столе - и с умным видом рассуждают, что это искусство! И выискивают смысл - что автор вложил в эту инсталляцию... А дерьмо на столе - ВСЕГДА ОСТАЁТСЯ дерьмом на столе! И это касается практически всего современного искусства. УЖАС!!! КУДА этот мир катится??? ((((

Алло, это звукоизобразительная сюита, от авангарда тут мало, большее тяготение к импрессионизму, все-таки это звукоизобразительная музыка, так что ваш глупый комментарий показывает вашу ограниченность в музыке, настоящий музыкант до такого не может упасть :)

I'm definitely not a middle/slow movement fan, but for me, I think this is the best slow-movement ever. It is so incredibly evocative and almost magical. The whole concreto is extraordinary too though.

Well it was. There are fine harpsichord concerti by Manuel de Falla and others, written for the same artist Wanda Landowska.

Check out "Four Fragments from the Canterbury Tales," a delightful piece for soprano, harpsichord, flute, and clarinet by the American composer Lester Trimble. The text is of course from Chaucer; the soprano sings in Middle English. There are several performances on KZfaq.

Great....BRAVI TUTTI from Acapulco! "In 1967, financial difficulties, along with irregular work for the players and poor pay led to a decision by the French government to form a new orchestra. Following auditions chaired by Charles Munch, 108 musicians were chosen (of whom 50 were from the Paris Conservatoire Orchestra) for the newly created Orchestre de Paris, which gave its first concert on 14 November 1967 at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées...."
