Thank you for this rare footage! But also, I think for those Lippi words many of those situations on video not really suits well. What Lippi was talking about, in my opinion, is when Zidane made complex situations look really simple via his vision and technical ability, and help team get an advantage on the field. It is timing, it is space, it is simplicity with one-two invisible moves, one-two quick touches, quick vision, quick decision. But sometimes on that video he is just fighting for the ball and demonstrates his physical, or dribbling potential. It is not about it. Or sometimes on this video he didn't going really through, but stayed surrounded. And it is not about simplifying things in which Zidane was so great. Meanwhile, there were numerous times in Zidane's career when he did exactly what Lippi meant. Because Lippi most of the time appreciating everything that makes it easier for a team.
