I buy lots of Kimberbell because I think they’re very cute. Hopefully I’ll expand out soon to quilts and runners. I also have a new machine that I bought from you so with all your fabulous classes, it’s made a difference. 🥰

I'm always drawn to beautiful things on display and what ever you have available to make them. Other impluse things include new gadgets, new machine accessories and rulers.

I love quilt shops that stop me at the front door with an amazing display which can be new products, samples, etc. If I am stopped at front door I know I will find amazing things inside the store! Love bright fun fabrics, displays and neatness of the store! I love to buy fat quarters!

Fabric remnants! I can go in for one item and walk out with a cart full of remnants for a steal. I can’t resist them. My great grandmother would order free fabric samples from the Sears catalog and make these beautiful quilts from them. Ingenuity at its best.

When I go to my local quilt shop, my impulse buy would be scissors or a fat quarter bundle I don’t need. lol

I do not make impulse purchases. Since I live in a rural area, I buy when I need something to complete a project. I plan my projects now that I am retired.

My favorite impulse purchases are cute designs and precut packs. ❤ I adore a good layer cake, little fat quarter pack, or those fat eight packs in coordinating colors. Gimme a cute pastel colorway and I’m sold

Rulers are always my impulse buy. Creative Grids are my favorite.

My impulse buys are fabrics by the yard and fabric kits, embroidery designs and of course those darn embroidery machines! Or anyything I can fit in my sewing rooms,🤣🤣🤣🤣

When I see something on display and then I see a kit for it, I want it 😊

I look for new fabric usually jelly rolls, layer cakes or charm packs. If it isn't fabric I look for, I like surprises like candles, hand soap or other novelty items.

Patterns are for sure my #1 impulse buying go to.

I usually will buy any new tools I see and charm packs. I believe in buying something to help support local quilt shops.

When I worked at our local quilt shop before it closed, popular checkout impulse items were mini 2 1/2" charm pack assortments along with postcard sized patterns to use them in, single serve packets of quilt wash soap; small notions like purple thangs, seam rippers, colorful measuring tapes. We didn't do well selling things like candles or nick nacks. Greeting cards and note cards with quilting/sewing pictures did well, too.

Welcome home! In honour of Poppy's love for chewing batting, you could wrap some scrap batting around the spray bottle handle and tape it on. It wouldn't look great but it wouldn't hurt as much. Bless her naughty paws!!

My impulsive purchases in a fabric store are most usually fabric. Sometimes it’s a new machine, but only if I’m in A1 Vac and Sew!

Rulers! Any new ruler that I see that I do not have.

Fabric kits, when with friends, FOMO sets in and everyone needs to buy the same item/items!

impulse buying, well it's what quilters do but I usually just buy 1 yd of a set then hope to find use in a pattern calling for that many matching colors. Buy what catches my eye. Like precuts.

Curated small fat quartet bundles (4-6 pieces) with a quick easy pattern. Great way to clean up end of bolts. Things I might not think of to buy but are sewing staples items: bobbin wraps, machine needles, seam rippers, sewing machine cleaning brushes, etc.

Mini charm packs out of a basket. Carmel speciality chocolate, a gadget like the Purple thing, quarter inch ruler (neon) Currated fat quarter bundles speciality fold. Local hand lotion/bar soap. DIme needle boxes

I love to add new or seasonal fabric from well known designers to my stash when I see them displayed!
