I think the walkout, how the fight started and ended, and the way there was nothing left but respect, i think this is definitely not a bad ending at all, if Poirier retires after this fight it's actually an amazing story, and definitely better than watching him go on another loss streak like Tony, it would be heartbreaking, coz Poirier achieved a lot in this last match, he went against the P4P king and the guy who destroyed Oliveira, and he actually did not only better than his fight against oliveira but even did better than Oliveira himself, he won the love of the people whether his fans or even Islam's fans, I'm a big fan of Islam but i have literally nothing negative to say about Poirier, only love and respect, this is rare, it takes more than a belt to be that successful and loved by so many people, Dustin is not Defined by belts or even wins, it's way more than that.

For some odd reason people keep trying to hype up the Bantamweight division as the most exciting and they are out of their minds. There’s no division as stacked and exciting as the infamous Lightweight division (Charles, Gaethje, Moicano, Bobby Green, Chandler, Makhachev, Fiziev, Holloway etc). Can anyone see the #4 rank in the Bantamweight rock the crowd or even be as popular as Dustin?

I’m so glad the UFC still does this. I hope it never dies off because it really just pumps you up and it’s like an aspect of the classic UFC era from 15-20 years ago that lives on into the modern era. Gotta love it.
