It’s better if you use a laptop.. go into your account click edit button for banner and choose your picture that you made for your banner then upload it.. make sure to adjust how you want it before you click save 🫶🏽

Yeah , you just gotta click on layer , and then keep taping each of the numbers you see , until it comes on top of the pic , let me know if that doesn’t work :)
