Tromsødialekten er helt feil. De snakker ganske «pent» og litt slepent i Tromsø. Det er derimot mange spesielle dialekter på yttersida.

i have to go on a trip to norway soon and i'll find out what the language is like there beforehand. fantastic video idea. being from germany, it reminds me a lot of our north/south dialect bias. helped me alot

This is funny,my late father was Norwegian,I was born in Ireland however I lived in Oslo, Frogner, not sure of my spelling? anyway I'm told I spoke Bokmol the main language, sorry again my spelling isn't good .I understand some when it's spoken to me and I can write some simple sentences with mistakes.I have an accent but now listening to this I can understand my accent is a little Norwegian and Somerset with inner London dialect also.

You should do the Solung Dialect from Finnskogen in Inner Innlandet. Former Hedmark. Close to the border of Sweden.

That's funny. You know, the last name of russian Ivan Drago sounds very strange. It doesn't sound like a Russian name. it sounds like Draco Malfoy. Did you know that Russian snow and ice are made from Vodka? 😅 By the way, the word "Vodka" means "Little Water", translated from Russian.

Your accent sounds vaguely Amish to me. But I'm pretty sure the Amish accent is a German derivative. IDK.

Your Finnish sounds too excited, like a person who enjoys life. You need to sound very monotonic, totally void of emotion, if you wanna nail it. 😄

Norwegian is more a sing-songy language, Swedish sounds more nasal and Danish more guttural.

But why do Nordics nowadays have accents almost similar to Midwestern Americans?

It's funny how similar these are to accents you'll find in the UK.

Hearing a Norwegian person speak English (like the intro) I often hear that it is very similar to a Dutch person speaking English. I would even say go as far that Norwegian and Dutch accents are more alike than German and Dutch
