This is a much needed video. The score is quite confusing in terms of its mixture of bass clef and treble clef. Since this is a guitar score in theory it is still a transposing score, therefore even notes in the bass clef would be written up one octave from concert pitch. Given the tuning, the first step is to associate bass notes on the guitar with bass notes in the score. The B note on the second line of the bass clef is going to be the (6) string open - that is, the lowest possible note. Once that is settled on where the other notes are on the guitar become clear. Sometimes in this video it seems as if there is confusion over octaves - but maybe I am missing something.

Thank you ! I’ve dreamed for years to play this one masterpiece ,since I was 18 now I’m almost 35 I’m amateur even though have been playing classic for years and after a long pause In studying on my own again and very very slowly I’ll make myself the challenge to try on this piece don’t matter how long it takes I’ll play it And record myself and the joy to demonstrate myself that I did it and with love everything comes into reality

Thank you so much. You removed many of the difficulties with this etude for me. Among others a printing error in chord 4! I am happy. <3
