I get what you’re saying but Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, which are part of a healthy diet that is associated with lower levels of inflammation. Your body can't manufacture omega-3 fatty acids-eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)-so it's important to get them through your diet. i think maybe that’s what he meant😁

doctors USED TO be skilled in homeopathy, chiropractic care, Holistic health, and many other things. The doctors you see today using surgery, Blood letting, Toxic metals, that’s after the reform of John D Rockefeller. He made medicine become like the oil industry, Now half of the medicine we use are man made and extracted and isolated from plants. 😉You’re wrong. Doctors, Pharmacists, have a duty to consumers. PERIOD. They were bought out though by people who cared more about capitalism than they did our bodies💪🏾

@@Niyahtashaytv my chiropractor saved my life when I was like 21. They are readily available? When my elbow muscle locked up, my doctor used a technique he called needling. He explained it as acupuncture- but that it actually works. He suck a needle straight into the bone, basically to hit an insertion point of my muscle to my bone. Worst pain I’ve ever felt, followed by a half day of immobility, followed by absolute complete cure. This was a regular doctor. So. I dono, I’ve experienced what you’re talking about I think.

@@Random_UserName4269 Lucky you! You’re the anomaly. MANY americans have this similar issue with healthcare and doctors, not to mention race, wealth, and status plays a big part in the ultimate care you’re able to get. People with less proximity to wealth and education will find it harder to get the appropriate resources from doctors. There are also many doctors who only understand illness from their POV… Finding doctors skilled in true holistic healing, who approach health by tailoring methods to the individual, is rare. In my experience, when I visit a doctor for a serious issue, they often just prescribe an antibiotic, Advil, or ibuprofen. This approach merely masks the problem without solving it, leading to a worsening condition because genuine care isn't provided. Surgery should be reserved for emergencies! If doctors took the time to prescribe appropriate treatments for specific illnesses and ailments, surgery might not be necessary. Many people end up needing surgery only because the issue has already reached its worst state, and the surgery merely removes the problem. Where is the actual care from these doctors?

More black people need to look more into their ancestry. A lot of us don’t know about our heritage and just assume our history is full of rape and distant African or Native American ancestry. Many have Creole heritage and don’t know about it or don’t claim it. Jewish people keep their heritage on lock and don’t simply go by “white” or “European American” (and yes I know Judaism is a religion, but Jewish can also be an ethnicity).

Hi, for me this isn’t an assumption. My families french ancestors were known for being slave owners, rapists, etc in Avoyelles parish LA. There are documents written and saved by their family which confirms the NORMANDY(s) ownership of slaves, His wife when divorcing him left a letter where she admitted to her husband “Cheating on her” with slaves. For me.. That is still my family history. It’s the truth. It won’t always be pretty, It won’t always be a ancestry free of violence, Other people should do their research so they know what part of Louisiana their family came from, If they were free or owned, Etc. Everyone’s will be different I spoke specifically to MINE. 🤷🏽‍♀️My family being a big part of louisiana slavery and share cropping is why i’m today making videos about history, slavery, and black lineage. Not everyone will take up a job like the one I have, im not embarrassed of my ancestors at all. I’m super proud. They got out of that tough situation, went on to fight in ww1 and 2, own land, move to chicago, etc.

@@Niyahtashaytv I absolutely agree with you. We have to acknowledge all of our history just like other ethnic groups like Latinos do. Obviously It’s more than an assumption that most black people’s lineage had slavery involved at least to an extent (either with enslaved people or slaveowners). I just think it’s good to know exactly where your ancestors came from. I admire you taking up research , I can only imagine how time consuming it is. One of my cousins has been doing research on our family tree as well.

@Niyahtashayyy thanks for the reply! Well, you are right. One of the definitions of a State or Country is "human community that (successfully) claims the monopoly of the legitimate use of physical force within a given territory" (Max Weber). So, yes, in a country the state will be the biggest 'gang'. The gang is meant to be overseen and controlled but.... issues. Obviously, I don't have your lived experience, but I still think this is generally better than many sources of physical force. Like they have in Sudan or Afghanistan. The Afghan people accepted the Taliban in the 1990s because it's better to have one gang running the place than 3 or 4, each with its own checkpoints and 'tax' collection. The difficult bit is getting the oversight and accountability to work. That's politics and it's a ball ache. But it's better, imo, than a gang for every street.

Creole goes back to the original colony of New Orleans as well as the Caribbean. The word Creole basically means colonial/ colonist. In the beginning of New Orleans, there were French, African, and native American people. The Spanish took over after a little while as well. The mixing of any of these groups would have been considered Creole. There were many high status and influential Creoles that made the city what it was and what it still is in some respect.

Now I am not arguing gentrification is good or anything its not, but its more of a economic thing. I am not saying that it doesnt happen in POC communities but its all in low income communities too, its not determinedby race. I only say this because my grandmother on my dads side lives in a low income area that was primarily white but now cost of living is being raised due to all the rich people buying up places and putting in higher priced apartments and more stores. She has lived there since my dad was a kid and her and my grandfather were both bartenders and she still is, but he couldn't anymore due to medical reasons. So while its not to the point she has to leave yet she says she will probably have to leave at one point if prices go up like she thinks it will. However I do think POC are more in low income communities than white people because of our history and there is a cycle you have to break to get out and its not easy. My dad and his brothers had to break out of it too and my dad did it by joining the military where he met my mom. She also had to break out of it because she was in a low income area too but there it was Hispanics primarily, which my mom is a quarter Hispanic. (She gets mad when I say I'm white but I mean i feel like im lying if I say im Hispanic when I am only a quarter.) She joined the military for the same reason so she could get out of that cycle. It is a good thing she did because my uncle has been in and out of jail because of his record since him and my mom had to steal sometimes to get by because they didnt have money. My uncles got a job with a union and did construction to get out. Now am I saying that people just need to get better jobs to get out? No there is way more to it than that and depending on what your situation is it might be easier for some than others. Then there is still discrimination and racism out there, though it is better than it was before, it still exists and that creates more challeges for POC. The point of my whole rambling is its about money not about race for why it happens. Its just there is more POC in low income areas which means it affects them more. Its also more middle class and upper class people that move in and not just white people. Im white and I am definitely not able to move into those areas because I am low income. I can barely afford my discounted rent with my pay and am paycheck to paycheck. My race doesnt give me a pass to get to live there.

omg why are the comments so racist, did the information just flew over your head or something? This isn’t whining because they hate yt ppl. Ty for this video! This is something more people has to be aware of. Here in Mexico we are going through the same problem, yt ppl come here to live a more "cheap" life, and trying to attract tourists they leave our culture and people from there behind. Raising the price of everything near the tourist interest areas, displacing the people that have been living there their whole life, white washing our food, changing the look of the street to be more appealing to foreigners and trying to shut down the loud music lively lifestyle of the cost KNOWN for be playing bands 24/7 everywhere, i mean if you come here to visit places like Mazatlán at least respect and appreciate, we won’t accommodate things to your liking.

Ok, so it's a problem for white people to move in and raise the value of any given area because less lucrative businesses will be priced put of that area. There is so much wrong with this I don't think my fingers have the stamina to type it all. If the contrast was true and all the lucrative businesses had an exodus from the area, you'd still consider it racist since we'd be removing quality businesses from black neighborhoods. This also assumes black businesses are inherently lower income, since they would not be able to conpete on the market. I don't know why the barber shop and the whole foods were used. I also don't know why investing in an area is inherently wrong. Black beighborhoods are already struggling exonomically and having some investment cam boost tax revenue. If you ask why people invest in these neighborhoods in the first place, either they are looking for an investment property or are also trying to find affordable living. If you ask why I assume black business and less licrative, any given area that is of higher economic standing wouldn't have to worry about this issue since peicing out their culture wouldn't be licrative. There is just so mucb I could go on about.

In my experience in the city I grew up in, it's not only the systematic removal of a population, it's a decisive disruption of the way of life of the hard-working people who lived in those places. We would always be outside and talking to each other and having barbecues and so forth, but then it got tore down for some new clubs, shops and some luxury apartments but now you don't have that same community feeling where you just walk outside n you can just fuck with your neighbors, it's just a hustle and bustle just a bunch of shit you gotta pay for built right on the edge of the hood, almost as if they're sending a message to the rest of the people who are still there.
