This won't make a difference. If your hardware is sufficiently powerful, no significant improvements. Making changes to the page file is not advisable. Let Windows handle it. Alternatively, you can allow Windows to clear the pagefile at shutdown. But this may be redundant to some people. If you want more FPS, change in-game settings that will make more of a difference in FPS count, so you can achieve a more playable experience. Windows settings don't have anything to do with FPS at all. That's for games! Worthless tutorial!
