I haven't played in forever, but the usual strat is to use your strongest when the eye is exposed before the beam- as any attacks while it's covered will be very weak. The beam attack I do whenever it's exposed is the Right Turbo + Rifle attack (forgot which trigger), which is 1080's equivalent of Temjin's big laser attack...only weaker yet faster to repeatedly use. It's the one attack I use in the run to attack the weak spot.

@@SasoSasori- Neutral or moving but NOT dashing. You press the turbo and the attack button at the same time. Whichever one is the laser rifle button + the right turbo button (using left turbo uses different attacks)

@@bloomallcaps Most of my frustration is how the difficulty is high in not a challenging yet rewarding way, but rather a bullshit way that costs you the race if you're even slightly unlucky. I personally love the manual item roulette and ring jackpot mechanic but none of it matters if I'm sent all the way to last place if i'm hit by a single item.

@@garulouie I never understand when people say this, even in Vicious mode I can get hit by a couple of items and even if I get sent back a few places, I can still recover, at least in singleplayer, and even when I do struggle it never feels like it ISN'T my fault. Maybe consider playing on Relaxed mode if you haven't already?

@@Pyrodiac Recovering feels like a chore in this game. Even when I burn through rings it's way too difficult to catch back up.

It's not exactly the same, but it's the quickest way to explain how it works for the most part in the fewest amount of words, for anyone that's played Mario Kart Wii before.

That explains why I can take any corner while underwater. It just turns with no warning.

Mientras que no he tenido experiencia creando un servidor público dedicado, diría que si solo quieres crear una partida desde tu computadora, debería ser por el menú Online > Host Game, configuras en Server Options como quieres que se llame, la cantidad de jugadores, y si quieres que tu partida aparezca en el Master Server del juego [osea que la gente pueda ver tu partida en la lista de servidores], tienes que fijarte que Advertise diga Yes. Aunque ojo que, si no me equivoco, en el caso de que crees la partida pero no aparezca o nadie se pueda unir, es posible que tu router no tenga lo de los puertos automático. Si sabes como revisar tu router y puedes conseguir una opción de UPNP, actívala y deberías poder hostear sin problemas. Si eso no sirve pero el router te da opcioens para hacer portforward, métele portforward al 5029 UDP. En cualquier caso, si creas la partida desde tu PC, la gente debería de poder unirse mediante el servidor maestro [si es que tienes el Advertise activado y los puertos funcionan sin hacer nada], o compartiendo tu dirección IP a los que quieras invitar en caso de que quieras que sea privado y tengas el Advertise en No. Me aseguré de probarlo ahora mismo para ver si funciona...y pues parece que si funciona así. @@coolerdaniel8265 Si es una opción que está en Advanced y dice Server Browser Address, entonces no, eso no es la contraseña [sino en donde se listan los servidores por defecto- mejor no tocar eso]. Creo que hasta donde tengo entendido, no puedes colocar contraseña al servidor.

@@coolerdaniel8265 A la orden :) Cómo dije, lo más que puedes hacer para que solo se metan quienes quieras es que el servidor este en Advertise Off y pasarle la IP a los invitados. Creo que así es como hacen algunos grupos para las partidas privadas, ya que lo que tienen de privadas es que no te salen en la lista maestra.

It only works if you are playing the game with Nintendont, with Native Controller off [if it is on, it has less inputs for GC pads but doesn't allow using anything else], and if either Nintendont recognizes your controller automatically or, if it doesn't, you make your own controller.ini and throw it into your SD/USB for it to detect the controller's buttons. In the case you somehow have that exact controller I showed, I think I still could fetch you the profile I made for it, since you'd need it for it [and Nintendont specifically- through a homebrewed Wii] to work.

@@pacothemajestic Glad to hear that! SR2 Euro Mountain was done by Mocha/TransCansdaLimited for Coffee Cup...but as she also made Mermaid Lake and gave me permission to port both tracks (and I ported ML already), that means that I will be able to bring that track to RR too in the future :)

@@famicom89 unfortunately I don't think you can- you can configure the controls to the GC Adapter as if it were a normal PC controller, but as you need to have Dolphin's port set to AM Baseboard, you can't keep/use the GC Adapter option directly for this.
