My interests are in the field of wellness, such as meditation, interpersonal relationships, metaphysics, spiritual healing, photography, art, nature, animals and living in truth.

In June of 2024 I opened up a small Yoga Studio which also holds my Aura Photo booth, a space for Reiki Healing, Yoga Nidra meditations and Sound sessions from visiting sound healers.

Thankfully I am lucky to have my horse, in my life, she is a Mustang Mare and we've been together since Oct 2017 and through three different states. Horses are instinctual, honest, fierce, forgiving, tough, tender, and flight animals to survive. Some of my videos are related to Equine Science, health, wellness and horse care.

She has a history of SI injury, you can tell how she bunny hops when she cantors. She is lame but very happy an has not been ridden since very early 2018, (other than me just sitting on her for a few slow walks in the round pen in 2021.
