In 99.99% cases we don't lose anything. If you're worried please take back up before upgrading.

On your Business Rule I would add one more condition. Problem is Empty This will prevent the BR from creating a second Problem record.

Question : i have two custom tables called xyz and abc. Now I submitted the request in xyz table with attachments. In order to accomplish this, anyone can use the business rule and UI button to make the same attachments automatically copy into the ABC table.

If I understood your use case, you want to copy attachments from table xyz to abc. You can either use flow designer or business rules. I personally feel flow designer is better approach as it relates to best practices of ServiceNow and is easier to implement. We can do it via business rules too, however scripting is my more complicated and can lead to technical debt. If we are using UI Action, you can call Flow Designer from in it as well

Hardit Paaji, I really liked the video but i believe its outdated now. People like me get nervous when scripts are included. I try to achieve things in much simpler or No-code way. Request you to please continue these series via Flow Designer 'Integration Hub', Where we create an Action & trigger via Flow designer with minimal scripts. Request you to show demo of Bi-Directional REST Integration from Flow Designer. Thank you.

Hi Naveen, Thanks for your comment. I don't believe,its outdated. SN came up with flow designer and integration hub, it came up with low code option. If you're having very complicated scenario, we can go with either approach . Also don't get stressed, it's not that complicated 😀

@@HarditSingh We had integration with this approach but now they want us to use Flow Designer. I have successfully completed UNI-DIRECTIONAL OUTBOUND REST integration via Flow but I'm not sure how to proceed with BI-DIRECTIONAL. Demo/Guidance on this would be really helpful.

hi hardit, This question is raised by one of the interview panel. i have one table and in that table total 6 fields. i have 3 groups like dev, test, authority and each group has dev role, test role, authority role and my table role also. now i restrict the users in groups as dev users only edit first and second fields, and test users edit 3,4 fields and authority users edit 5 and 6 fields. now when dev user create a record it will only show first and second fields only all other 3456 fields are must hidden and other groups accordingly. how to achieve this using ACL's. Please take this question and make a video for this
