This sneaker was made VERY well, lots of nice suede on there. I also really love how they feel on your feet. Most Air max 90s are a little narrow with their fit, but on this particular pair, they're plenty roomy. Also very soft/silky on that Paisley sneaker liner on your feet. The worst thing about this pair is how insanely difficult it is to keep the bottoms clean. They're like dirt magnets. Lol

Only reason I know that is bc i watched some interviews about the production process for this particular sneaker. I'm also a HUGE Air Max 90 addict/fan. Especially the unique, hard to find, special edition, or overseas-only releases that NO ONE has in the United States. I was 10 in 1990 when these sneakers came on the market. Of course, like EVERYONE back then, we all were wearing High-Tops. That's actually the last year I bought sneakers that were not Nike. I HAD to have the Reebok "Pumps" that EVERYONE wanted when they first came out in '90... those were the first pair I ever owned that cost over $100. In 6th grade, I switched to the Nike "Bo Jackson's" (which I believe were a mid-high top" In 1997 it was the Air Max '97s with the 360-degree air bubble the entire length of the shoe, then I switched to the similar, but different Air Max '98s (one of my all-time favorite pairs is that Blue/ Yelllow/White pair of '98s) Then in 2000, I switched to Air Max 90s, mainly bc they just have a much more "classic" look. You can literally wear AM90s with ANYTHING. Lol. I've never switched since then. The only issue I have with AM90s/Nike today, is the almost COMPLETE lack of quality control. I'm getting sick of having to buy 2 or 3 pairs of the same sneaker, just to get 1 good pair. Most of their "premium" AM90S now don't even have real suede on them. It's synthetic. 2 years ago, they were still using MUCH better quality materials, like the shaggy suede they used on the AM90 "Cork" Sail/"Blue Cork" pairs. I understand not using real suede every single time, but don't call a sneaker premium that uses ALL synthetic materials. That's more like "premium BS"

The toe box inspiration is crinkled up money. Like when someone pulls loose dollar bills out of their pocket that had been balled up all day and then throws that money on the counter, it looks all "crinkled up"

The sole does not work well in the rain. My pair have chipped and cracked soles within 3 months. The upper is waterproof but the soles are crap in the rain.

I have a pair of Nike Air Max look see it never hit the stores is the only one they ever made made it to the shelves they have some in different colors this one it was never supposed to leave the Nike campus I'm not sure how it did I have nothing to do with it I just happened to run across it. I would like to get some feedback on the shoe it's a 2006 per day Air Max

Thanks for asking! If I had to pick, I’d pick the original version over the Gortex every time. The original is a more breathable, comfortable version! at the end of the day, I think the gortex has its place when the weather looks dicey. But if I want to wear an Air Max 90, I’d choose the original version

My first Jordans I ever got were the Fire Red ones back in 1989. Man those were my favorites! Then I got the next model (5’s) in the white, black sole, red flame and reflective tongue! Wow! I was in heaven! Skipped the next gen, (6’s) got two pair of the 7’s (looney toon) one black and the other white! Haven’t had a pair of Jordan’s on my feet since 1992!

Good review. One thing on gore tex though, and it's not just you that get's it wrong either. Gore-Tex is a lining membrane INSIDE the shoe or boot or any product containing Gore-Tex. The water beading is just a factory applied water repellent.

while I think angelus sells a good cleaner like you saw in the video, I would say reshovn8r is the better buy because of the consistency and the brushes. it's the one I have used consistently for the last ten years, I would always recommend it! they sell kits with different brushes to use on different materials, such as suede or mesh would be ideal for a soft bristle brush, rubber and leather for the medium bristle, and outsoles you would use the stiff bristle brush. Just be careful not to brush too hard because that is how you damage your sneakers, otherwise the cleaner is excellent and safe to use. instructions are on the bottles and packaging, i would follow those for best results!

It’s definitely a nice shoe but in my opinion the leather is not even mid quality i was able to get a pair from hibbet also and they do run smaller then normal I’d definitely recommend going up in size I normally wear a 10.5 and it’s pretty snug wish I would of tried them on but I’ve never had an issue with Jordan 1 sizes

The infrareds are the best imo also. I copped the 2015 release and wore them into the ground haha. Will get another pair eventually. I’m not a fan of the 95s either but the recent father of air ones looked kinda nice
