i saw your thumbnail and i am PO in private sector bank so I could relate to every word u have said, I had thought of quitting my job almost every day. The target pressure is huge specially when u are not good in sales and there is no regard for operational work. i joined the bank through direct recruitment and didn't have any idea i thought i would be free by 5 so that i could prepare for upsc but the day end never occurs on time sometimes u are in the branch at around 11pm. most of jobs have seasonal pressure but here pressure exists everyday.

Hi hope you respond to this query , the question I want u to address is out of the context of ur today's insightful video .. actually I wanted to know if a female candidate who is declared selected in nabard grade A exam found to be pregnant and on the verge of delivery before joining probation of nabard grade A so will it lead to cancellation of her candidature and will she not be able to join nabard ever ??? What's the provision ..would be indebted if you shed some light over this issue Thank you

She can apply for extension for joining on medical grounds and in this case she will easily get an extension. 😊

her title is "skyrocketed in 5 years" however its very less...she got the same salary which private bakers gets in one switch after 2-3 years. i joined with 26 thousand in 2019, today my salary after 4 switches is 2.15 lac PM

Because she mentioned the growth wrongly not factually but contextually, she will not get JAIIB and CAIIB increments again also she got wage revision with few months of joining so her first basic should be 36000 actually but for the fact it was 23000 approx, so it's misleading.
