I appreciate the request raguizinio, but step by step instructions don't really work in this case. If you know the NotSelf here is trying to prove itself, then it's up to each one of us to catch ourselves in NotSelf behaviour "bigging" ourself up through boasting or promising or spending too much money trying to impress others that really cements the lesson in. After repeated conscious realisations as described above, plus the experience of simply not over-reaching in such ways and acknowledging how much better life is, that things change. If one is often promising to do something for one person or another and then doesn't, despite the pressure, and manages to walk away having not committed oneself to something that was not correct, WOW that feels so good! :)

Hi GhostLinx, HD wouldn't be my first choice when dealing with a physical addiction. Yes, I believe it always helps to know one's Design, but understanding something does not necessarily result in breaking an addiction. I suggest you seek elsewhere to help them get clean. Both pysical detox and personal support will probably be necessary. :)

Hi Paul. No not necessarily with these Gates. I was referring to the 10th Gate with the major lesson to love oneself by behaving according to one's nature and the 38/28 in the Struggle for Individual purpose. Addiction is elsewhere such as the 58/18. Hope that's clarified things. :)

Hi Katie, Please rephrase your question. I'm not clear on what you mean by an 'indirect' connection to the Root and Spleen? If you put in the Channel Gates, as for example the 59/6 you refer to I can understand. Thanks. :)

Sorry for any confusion. The chart I’m looking at has the 59/6, 39/55 and the 38/28. What I meant to say is that the root and spleen are defined, but not directly from the sacral. Thank you!

Ah, okay Katie. So the Life Force in the Sacral basically hums along rising towards things in the moment, but needing to be felt into by the feelings. However, the Root IS adrenalised both to make you aware in the moment whether something is really for your Indivdual purpose and also what your emotional feelings are in the moment - which can be on overload sometimes and pretty chilled at other times. The main advice here is to NOT rush into things, even if the Root is making it an emergency. Your Sacral doesn't want to live in emergency speeds. Hope that helps. :)

Hi ambience_alchemy, If I understand you correctly you have your Sacral connected to the Root with the 57/20 Channel connecting your Spleen to the G. Bascially all the Open Centres can be troublesome. Think about the Will and the effort exerted in proving oneself as a successful person. The Open Throat urging you on to make something happen etc. There is no way I know but to come to balance through settling into what we have defined and follow one's energy... no matter who or what comes into your life. It takes time, stay with it. :)

Great question Linn. Your Ajna is a conceptual awareness and designed to be most useful to others. However it cannot guide your life correctly as your Sacral is the one living it. Yes, the Sacral has no awareness that we can access, but it is your Authority because in surrendering to its rising towards something or not, it tells you what it is available to do. At the end of the day thoughts are just thoughts, doing requires energy. This is your experiment - to discern what life you are here to live, not through the mind, but through your own inherent wisdom of response. I do hope you'll enter that experiment and find out for yourself. :)

Hi Michael, The adrenal energy moving into the Sacral makes it faster than a Sacral with an Open Root lived correctly. The speed is also dependant upon what is connected to it. :)
