Oh yeah, what I actually wanted to say is that you play really well, and your dad has such an awesome tone when he plays. It's so much fun to listen to you guys play. Thank you.

have a responsibility to pass on to the next generation what I learned from my teachers, ... It keeps me young and reminds me where I came from. Teaching young artists is like giving water to a flower.

I have seen this video before but I had to come back and comment, this is my favorite video of her playing the bass and singing. I'm a Beatles fan from the early days I remember when they came over.

You young folks are superb. I'm 62 and started playing guitar when I was 15 and can sing but I never put in the work necessary to become as great as you and your bandmates are. One of the most covered leads for guitar is "Comfortably Numb" When Charlotte mentioned her top five I was broken, lol, do you know if she has ever tried it? Also, Mike Rutherford, Chris Squire and John Wetton are some pretty famous bassists. Can't wait for more and to see where this journey takes you. You are very lucky to have the love and support of a great guitarist as your mentor. All the best... Dave from Maine. Sorry for the edit I forgot Greg Lake.

So much to say about Ellen's play and passion, but what I most loved was the cool Dad and daughter relationship. So important to be a huge part of our childrens life teaching them most importantly how to enjoy life and be good mentors to them. Good job pops.
@kookiespace16 сағат бұрын
Nice, that was really good! :) Something I try to do on fast riffs like that is pick some notes with my thumb. You end up giving them an accent, which gives the groove rhythm. And it's important to remember that the bass is kind of a rhythm instrument as well. Anyway, good job and good luck to you in your future :)
