More tutorials please! I am intimidated by character animation and have stayed away from it. My characters are usually pretty much background and not moving much. I draw for children. But I really need help making characters move, and there is so much to learn. Loved the last video on character sheets too. Could really use the help. 😊

Really you should always start your character turn around with the 3/4 veiw. There is more indication to the thrid dimension and relating that to other veiw allows for control of the process, you tend to go back and forth with each veiw until you reach a point were your happy with the outcome the horizontal lines are imperative in keeping the proportions equal, although i havent seen the top done apparoch before that might help the orientation of your character model.

Thank you,I've been practising doing model sheets for an exam to try to get vocational training on animation! But a question, does style affect that much? The bodies that I usually draw have a more realistic feel to them, but I don't think it will as long as it is consistent, right?
