One thing I hate about this game, is the A.I. will just stay on the back bumper with other A.I. cars with no attempts to pass after several laps.

This has been done before. In 2000 or 2001. The Winston west series went to Laguna Seca for 65 laps or something like that

You can also control the steering amount in the steering wheel properties in your program list. That's what I do for my Thrustmaster TMX.

thanks for the video. I'm thinking the stats is more like RNG with modifiers on how the pitstops go. With a 85-100 for speed, i can get sub 15 sec pitstops and for some reason, even with 100 you couldn't get that low. i did a gns70 season driving the #70 at 45% percent length using the default ratings. In both the first two races had mechanical failure after the halfway point (Riverside I think I lost a gear before something else). I then bumped it up and only had 1 more DNF for the next 25 races. I want to do a career mode starting in the ARCA series and by performing well, earn sponsors, and be able to increase certain ratings.

Download the spotter pack: "Classic" Spotter/Crew Chief 1.0 to get the individual files. Rename the insult file to the line you want to replace in the game & put it in your spcc folder inside your sound folder. For example, I renamed "ins10" "blackflg" & instead of saying "...showing us a black flag", it says, "Hey, in case you didn't know your not supposed to do that." Works for whatever line you want to change. cutcrs (cut course). dqreckdr (dq reckless driving). etc.

I’m new to the game and when I turn my car just starts sliding, not sliding just releasing smoke, but I can still drive, then just brings me up and I hit the wall and crash. I can’t even drive on any track. Fix?
