Super cool! Thank you Dan for this, I've been a MW since 2018 and I've been following your content since then to stay in tune with the clinical research world. Very cool to see a fellow MW on your platform!

U can only work for icon netherlands if u know someone in the company or u bring in a family member as a trail and marketing subject. Great company where they only have bald doctors. U can even apply for a job there if u are mentally challenged. ALICIA

How do we as CRA become sovereign? I do not want to depend on one paycheck/ company. What are some gigs and opportunities for an example that a CRA can pick up outside of their company they work for?

Spot on! As a CRA, I’ve had COVs take 2 hours and I’ve had them take 2 days and mainly because of the accountability log and Regulatory binder not getting attention during IMVs.

How do you know anything? It's in the protocol. The protocol followed by GCP guidelines is the core of what you need to know. It tells you everything. This guy is making it sound complicated to protect his "status" the guys a dunce. - experienced CRA with medical background.

As a psych major about to go for his bachelor's, I'm looking for ways to get ahead of the game and get some hands-on experience as a clinical research assistant. Should I contact various places that are running clinical trials about job openings even if I have no experience with this kind of stuff?

Insightful content as always Dan, the point I want to touch on is in relation to SOPs. Realistically how many SOPs do you need to run a clinical trial site? Because I believe having too many SOPs also leads to non-compliance.

If you are ill and if your medical professional refuses to give you disability allowance, where do you stand legally if you continue working in a situation where you have no assets and would become homeless and starve to death if you stopped working. In such a situation you could not legally claim social welfare assistance because in order to legally claim social welfare assistance you must be available for work and actively seeking work. This all happened to me. I was put on what is known as remote neural monitoring combined with remote neural manipulation which I have been on continually since the spring of 2003, where I have been psychologically tortured and this is still ongoing. I am being bio-robotized. Unknown others can now physically control most of my facial muscles and some of the rest of my body and they are doing this to me from a distance while remaining unknown to me. This is all being done against my will and without my permission. I attempted to report this to the Gardai in Claremorris but they refused to listen to me and instead they forced me to attend for psychiatric evaluation, which intimidated me into lying to the psychiatrist. My name is Gretta Fahey and my postal address is Newbrook, Claremorris, Co. Mayo, Ireland. My landline home telephone number is 094 9360901. I am afraid to speak to the Gardai ever again because they often use psychiatry to intimidate those who wish to report crimes to them. I know lots of other Irish men and women who are being remote neural manipulated. I am being non-consensually subjected to remote neural monitoring combined with remote neural manipulation and I have been so for more than twenty one years on a continual basis. The remote neural monitoring combined with remote neural manipulation is so intense that those teams of organised criminals who remote neural monitor and remote neural manipulate me do so at all times even when I am sitting on the toilet. They pulse energy around my nether regions while using voice to skull to transmit audible messages into my head, which are designed to humiliate me. At approximately 11 am G.M.T. on 1st July 2024 I was sitting on the toilet when I heard a voice to skull operative saying the following about me "If she gets up off the toilet and then sits down again it is considered to be a second toilet visit."

What is the difference between SOP requirements for a BA/ BE centre and a Clinical trial site? What are the basic SOPs site must have?
@dansfera23 күн бұрын
The basic are the bare minimum requirements to run the studies that are conducted at that particular clinic

Hello, I am from Argentina and there is no training or internship in clinical trial roles here. I have a degree in biochemistry and I am tired and bored of laboratory field work. I want to start developing my skills in clinical trials but unfortunately no one gives me the opportunity to start and learn. So, thank you for all the information you have shared, it is very valuable for me.
